Soldiers First

Every member of the 108th is a soldier first and a musician second. Alongside rehearsals, performances, and travel, our members meet the same standards as every other soldier in the Arizona Army National Guard — weapons qualification, physical fitness testing, field training exercises, and annual training in the field.

That dual commitment is what makes the 108th Army Band unique: the same hands that play a trumpet on a concert stage are trained and ready to serve wherever the mission calls.
